Mark's path to home inspection didn't begin in an office. It began on construction sites. A graduate of NC State, Mark has spent decades working in and around the building industry. He's manufactured millwork, framed homes, and managed residential and commercial construction projects. Having seen homes from the foundation up, he understands not only how they're built, but also where problems tend to develop over time.

Later in his career, Mark worked with organizations including Duke Progress (formerly CP&L), Pharmaceutical Product Development (PPD), and Triumph Consultancy Services. Those experiences strengthened the communication, project management, and attention to detail that clients value just as much as his technical expertise.

Today, Mark combines hands-on construction knowledge with a calm, methodical inspection process. He believes every client deserves clear explanations, not confusing jargon, and practical guidance about what his findings mean. Every report is designed to help you understand the home's condition, prioritize repairs, and make informed decisions.
